TRAINING HAS STARTED

2012 Training has started on Tuesdays and Thursdays at King George V Oval, Port Kembla, starting at 6.30pm sharp. Training is for senior mens, Under 18s and Ladies teams. Coaching staff will be on hand as will members of the committee. More news on the grading of the senior mens team will be forthcoming Thursday 19th January. Anyone interested in having a run with Port Kembla can come to training, or contact one of the committee for more information:
